Spelt flour provides dietary fibre, protein, iron, magnesium and zinc.
This whole grain is more water-soluble than wheat, which makes it easier for tiny tummies to digest.
Organic cinnamon is loaded with powerful polyphenol antioxidants which protects our bodies from oxidative damage caused by free radicals and it is also anti-inflammatory.
I love to use cinnamon with sweet treats because it is well known for its blood sugar-lowering properties.
